Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Endoscopy Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment at a reputable hospital in San Antonio, TX.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced Endoscopy Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support our healthcare team. As an Endoscopy Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, monitoring and evaluating patients before, during, and after procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities- Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members.
- Monitors and evaluates patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit.
- Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
- Technical/Motor Skills - Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.
- Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Sensory - Visual acuity, ability to effectively communicate.
- Must have a valid RN license in the state where they will be practicing, BLS certification, and Certified Gastroenterology Registered Nurse (CGRN) is preferred.
