Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed targeted annual sales goals.
- Generate leads and referrals through sales events and business partnerships.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, ACA, Ancillary (DVH), and Life.
- Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the unique benefits of our insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends and market developments to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2C sales, ideally in the healthcare or insurance sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive client relationships.
- Self-motivated, driven by results, and comfortable with target-driven environments.
- Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability to evolving market conditions.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage leads, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of successful sales experience.
- Life & Health license required.
- Experience with Medicare Advantage or Life insurance products is a significant advantage.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend meetings.
- Comfortable standing and presenting during client interactions and presentations.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
