Job Summary:

The Property Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for showcasing our apartment homes, conducting local marketing efforts, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents and prospects. This role requires a strong understanding of our company's values and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apartment Home Tours: Conduct thorough tours of our apartment homes to potential prospects, highlighting the unique features and amenities of each property.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and prospects, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing Efforts: Develop and implement local marketing strategies to attract new residents and promote our properties.
  • Lease Administration: Prepare and process lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Resident Events: Coordinate and host resident events, such as community gatherings and activities, to foster a sense of community and belonging.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on property performance, resident satisfaction, and marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of management experience in the real estate or property management industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in computer software and applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Real Estate or Property Management Experience: Prior experience in real estate or property management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and prospects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software and applications, including property management systems and marketing tools.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting and Mobility: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and move around the property with ease.
