Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development and implementation of identity solutions across web, mobile, and connected TV.
  • Manage our backend marketing technology architecture that makes these identities actionable.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our identity and martech initiatives align with business goals.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand, prioritize, and maintain identity reporting.
  • Collaborate with product peers to evolve identity strategy and apply critical thinking to current challenges.
  • Identify market opportunities and customer needs through research, analysis, and engagement with stakeholders.
  • Execute product strategy for proprietary marketing technology infrastructure.
  • Maintain current marketing technology infrastructure and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Ensure product quality through rigorous testing and validation processes.
  • Act as point-of-contact for product marketing partners and provide regular status updates.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on marketing technology, data products, or related.
  • Strong understanding of data technologies, data integrations, and data governance best practices.
  • Experience working with programming languages (Javascript, HTML & Python preferred) and within AWS to troubleshoot issues and identify creative solutions.
  • Fundamental understanding of APIs, webhooks, and database management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Curious and collaborative mindset, eager to truly understand the why's and how's.
  • Experience with at least one Digital Analytics platform (Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, mParticle, etc.).
  • Experience working with Iterable and Branch is a plus.

  • Driven to find and improve solutions.
  • Experience in technology or digital media, preferably with consumer-facing products.
  • Excellent presentation skills, and the ability to convey complex data results in a simple and concise way.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative approach with a demonstrated aptitude and willingness to learn new methods and tools.
  • A passion for TV and movies and defining the future of entertainment.
  • Willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives to completion.
