As a Senior Customer Care Specialist at Apex Talent Solutions, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective support to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answering and Managing Calls: Respond to client calls, emails, chats, and interactive voice response systems, providing accurate product information and solutions to meet client needs.
- Solving Complex Issues: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, escalating matters when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
- Providing Ongoing Support: Offer ongoing support to clients, following up on previous interactions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across various platforms.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications and software, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Multitasking and Time Management: The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000-$70,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance (dental and vision included), retirement plan, flexible hours, and remote work options. The estimated annual salary for this position is $52,500-$65,750.
