TowerPinkster is seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality landscape design solutions on various projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive landscape design concepts, including site analysis, design development, and documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of landscape design with architectural, engineering, and interior design elements.
- Oversee the design and production of landscape plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and identify opportunities for innovative design solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure project goals are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- State of Michigan licensure preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape architecture and site planning.
- Strong understanding of site construction, civil engineering coordination, and LEED principles.
- Proficiency in CAD and/or BIM software, including AutoCAD and Revit 2020.
- Excellent graphic and rendering skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
