Key Responsibilities
  • Handle transactions for services and parts, providing a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Obtain and record basic demographic information about each customer, utilizing our dealership sales control system.
  • Provide brochures and information to customers, answering basic inquiries and referring more extensive questions to the appropriate person.
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify salespersons of waiting customers, or introduce customers to salespersons.
  • Serve as a telephone operator and clerical backup, maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
  • Stock vehicles into CDK and create key tags, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.

Schedule

This is a full-time opportunity with a 5-day work week, including weekend availability and one weekend day and night shift.
