Requirements:
  • Proven Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Associate or in a related retail role.
  • Sales Principles and Customer Service: Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apple products and G-suite, Omni-channel POS systems.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service focus.
  • Availability: Ability to work in the store alone and flexible with scheduling, available to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
  • Education: High school degree; BA/BS degree a plus.
