We are seeking a part-time Gas Station Attendant to join our team at The GIANT Company. As a Gas Station Attendant, you will be responsible for operating and ensuring the safety of the gas station facility, helping customers, maintaining product levels and cleanliness of the entire gas station area, and responding to any emergency situations or safety concerns within the gas station area.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, check dates, change pricing of items going out of code, and perform all department tasks as needed.
- Resupply island items, move cartons of oil, put cans of oil into racks, fill window washer containers with solution, and refill paper towel racks.
- Collect and bag all trash from the island.
- Maintain cleanliness and snow removal of the island.
- Help customers and complete transactions.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
- Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
- Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
- Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending upon business needs
- Job cycles: continual max
- Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
- Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
- Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
- Max pull static: 20 lbs.
