Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team at RealCold. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving products throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them in designated areas
  • Locate and move products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
  • Identify damages, report shortages, and quality deficiencies
  • Transport materials to production workstations
  • Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and ensure safety by performing regular maintenance
  • Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
  • Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
  • Contribute to a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • At least one year of forklift operating experience
  • Strong experience with double pallet jacks, standup dock trucks, and reach trucks
  • Ability to work in cold temperatures (below 0°F)
  • Detailed-oriented with quality acumen
  • Ability to repetitively lift over 20 pounds
  • Ability to understand, take, and follow directions
  • Ability to read and effectively communicate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Ability to pass a background check and a drug test
