  • Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive attitude and promptness.
  • Provide insights on local attractions and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all accommodations meet our high standards and cater to any specific guest requests.
  • Assist in organizing special events for guests, ensuring all details are meticulously planned.
  • Coordinate personalized services for VIP guests to ensure their needs are met.
  • Prepare comprehensive itineraries for guests, including transportation, dining, and activity reservations.
  • Maintain physical stamina to assist guests with luggage when required.

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in computer usage and quick to adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Flexible availability, including willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
