The position is part of the Business and Applied Technologies Division at Randolph Community College and will report directly to the Department Head of Agribusiness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach courses in the area of Agribusiness, focusing on Zoological Horticulture.
  • Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of students and the industry.
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback to improve academic performance.
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments to ensure teaching and curriculum are relevant and effective.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Agribusiness, Agricultural Education, or a related field.
  • Teaching experience in a post-secondary setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
