**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Assistant Manager** to join our team at Family Pathways Thrift Stores. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the thrift store, working with Sales Associates and Volunteers to transform community donations into funding for our core social programs.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the thrift store

• Provide guidance, training, and direction to Sales Associates and Volunteers

• Participate in all aspects of thrift store operations, including front-of-store sales and back-of-store donation processing

• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals

• Maintain a safe and organized store environment

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement

**Requirements**

• Proven leadership experience with supervisory skills

• Dependable, creative, and able to work independently

• Attentive to detail and able to problem-solve

• Flexible to work in various roles, including front-of-store sales and back-of-store donation processing

**What We Offer**

• Competitive hourly rate: $14.50

• Work-Life Balance: Monday - Friday 9AM to 7PM, Saturdays 9AM to 6PM, and Sundays 11AM to 5PM, with rotating weekend shifts and shorter holiday hours
