Responsibilities:- Adhere to Company Safety Standards, ensuring the proper use of machinery and equipment.
- Load and unload materials, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Follow instructions from crew leaders, demonstrating a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Remove, fill, compact, and prepare the terrain, utilizing a variety of hand tools.
- Install silt fencing and erosion control blankets, showcasing attention to detail and quality.
- Assist fellow crew members, promoting a positive and supportive work culture.
- Perform site clean-up and reload leftover materials, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Act as a spotter for vehicles, prioritizing safety and caution.
- Physically able to walk, bend, squat, and lift to 50 lbs, with a strong emphasis on physical fitness.
- Work under inclement weather conditions, such as rain, heat, and cold, with a focus on adaptability.
- At least six months of prior experience in the construction field, with a strong track record of success.
- Ability to operate small machinery, such as Bobcat, with a preference for experience.
