Below is an overview of the responsibilities associated with this position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload products from delivery vehicles and ensure proper storage of incoming supplies.
  • Verify documentation against received items from the distribution center.
  • Utilize computer systems to locate merchandise on designated shelves, confirming product specifications before storage.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy in tote assignment and documentation.
  • Organize and pack necessary paperwork with prescriptions for shipping.
  • Sort orders based on store locations and arrange them in totes for delivery.
  • Separate products according to lot numbers and expiration dates.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the production area, including floor care and general housekeeping.
  • Assist with outdoor sanitation tasks, such as litter collection.
  • Support maintenance personnel with cleaning duties for equipment and machinery.
  • Respond to spills in the production area as necessary.
  • Engage in sorter and autobagging activities.
  • Prepare ice packs for shipping needs.
  • Load outbound freight onto pallets.
  • Assemble shelving and other fixtures as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Familiarity with computer systems is advantageous.
  • Experience in janitorial services is beneficial.
  • Previous retail or warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Experience with powered cleaning equipment is a plus.
  • Strong ability to interpret computer-generated information.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
