This role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and clean working environment, and maintaining the highest standards of quality in car wash operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following all safety guidelines and procedures, completing daily checklists, and implementing best practices.
  • Clean and maintain the car wash site and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Assist customers with questions on pricing, service, and awareness of the car wash process.
  • Sell car wash services and unlimited memberships to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to listen attentively and communicate information clearly and effectively.
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Retail and/or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
