About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Representative. This role involves guiding customers through the car wash process, taking orders, and selling services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience.
  • Take orders and sell Unlimited Memberships within 15-30 seconds.
  • Learn and apply Ducky's at Chevron Wash Core Values and Carwash Service Menu.
  • Clean and maintain the car wash site and equipment.
  • Assist guests with questions and provide information on pricing, service, and awareness.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Able to stand for periods of time working at kiosk or entrance of car wash tunnel.
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and various hours.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
