Travel Nurse Source is partnering with Lark Medical Staffing to find a skilled ICU/Critical Care RN in a nationwide location.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Utilize critical thinking and clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
- Adapt quickly to new environments and embrace diverse patient populations.
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of [1-2] years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty.
- BLS/CPR certification (additional certifications may be required based on specialty).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
