Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to provide critical care to patients with severe and life-threatening illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the MICU.

• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage life-support equipment.

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and implement individualized care plans.

• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in GA.

• Experience in critical care or intensive care nursing preferred.

• Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) is a plus.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
