Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team, providing high-quality patient care and treatment in an outpatient setting. As a Physical Therapist with our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from new graduates to experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients' physicians to ensure a consistent level of care and coordination.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in our electronic medical record system.
  • Exercise independent judgment to implement effective treatment combinations and make decisions based on experience and professional guidelines.
  • Evaluate and report on patients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries.
  • Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
Qualifications
  • Valid state license to practice physical therapy.
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.
  • New graduates welcome to apply.
  • Ability to provide physical therapy treatment and patient care according to clinic, state, and federal regulations and professional guidelines.
  • Experience in supervising physical therapist assistants and technicians.
  • Ability to maintain open and ongoing communication with the clinic to ensure patient, staff, and clinic needs are met.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a health-related field and a Graduate/Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
