Responsibilities:âââââ

\tDevise detailed treatment and care plans for each patient
\tCommunicate and coordinate with patient's physicians to ensure a consistent level of care.
\tDaily documentation in EMR.
\tExercise independent judgment based on experience to implement effective treatment combinations.
\tEvaluate and report on patients' progress.
\tAssist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquires.
\tComply with federal and state physical therapy regulations.

Qualifications:

\tValid state License
\tExcellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
\tNew Grads welcome to apply.
\tProvide physical therapy treatment and, patient care according to clinic, state, and federal regulations and professional guidelines.
\tDelegate tasks and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians.
\tMaintain open and ongoing communication with clinic to ensure that patient, staff, and clinic needs are met.
\tHelp patients to regain control of their lives and their independence.
\tCreate an environment and a culture that enables the clinic to fulfill its mission by providing patient safety and patient-centered treatment.âââââââ

Education: Bachelor’s degree in health-related field

Graduate/Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Experience: Not required but considered. Appropriate state licensure (or ability to obtain state licensure), certification, or registration (per state requirements), current and in good standing.
