We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our team at Boyd Group Services Inc. As a Parts Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of parts to our collision repair shops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the accuracy and quality of parts received in a timely manner as per the production schedule and vehicle needs.
  • Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
  • Work with vendors to order and receive all parts as indicated on the repair orders.
  • Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop in accordance with the production schedule.
  • Enter all parts invoices into the recommended Management Information System (MIS).

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts.
  • Customer Service Oriented and strong organizational ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands.
  • I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification).
