We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Old Bridge Medical Center. As a key member of our Med/Surg 2A unit, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered care to diverse patient populations, including medication administration, treatments, and nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with the unit leadership team to maintain safe and quality clinical standards, while supporting efforts to improve the patient experience.
- Assist with the admission and discharge process, ensuring a smooth transition for patients and families.
- Administer medications and treatments as needed, and evaluate patient responses to interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and visitors, delivering care with sensitivity and respect.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Current LPN licensure
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Minimum of 1 year LPN experience preferred
