We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class A CDL Driver and Warehouse Representative to join our team at Cornerstone Building Brands. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle and Forklift, while also performing various warehouse duties.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics and Transportation: Operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle to transport goods and materials, ensuring timely and safe delivery.
- Warehouse Operations: Load and unload trucks, verify load contents, and stage products for delivery.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform pre and post-trip inspections, maintain cleanliness and integrity of vehicle and equipment, and report any necessary repairs and/or maintenance.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all applicable DOT guidelines and regulations, and follow all safety procedures for transporting goods.
- Qualifications: Must possess a valid Class A CDL License, clean MVR, and current Medical Card.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of driving experience, with prior experience in construction field, flat bed, and Manitou or Moffett experience a plus.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.
- Teamwork and Time Management: Ability to work independently or with a team, plan and manage time efficiently, and work safely throughout the day.
