Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Sonographer to join our team at Medix. As a Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using high-frequency sound waves to create images of the body's internal structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct nuchal translucency scans and fetal surveys to assess fetal development.
- Perform hysterosonograms and 3D-4D scans to evaluate reproductive health.
- Evaluate image quality and interpret results to provide accurate diagnoses.
- Document patient information and update electronic medical records.
- Represent Medix in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
- Participate in team activities, attend meetings, and engage in professional development.
- Comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:
- ARDMS Certification in OB/GYN.
- At least 2 years of Sonography/Ultrasound experience.
- Ability to pass a required scan test.
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm; Friday, 8am - 1pm.
Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour.
Benefits: Eligible for health benefits after 30 days, with options for 401(k), medical, dental, and vision plans, prescription programs, short-term disability insurance, and term life insurance.
