Electromechanical Maintenance Technician Position

We seek an experienced Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Conover, NC. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure the smooth operation of our production lines.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Perform regular maintenance tasks on production equipment, including scheduled and unscheduled repairs;
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment issues;
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and maintenance activities;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production operations;
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company safety protocols and procedures;

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in a related field preferred;
  • At least two years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment;
  • Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems;
  • Familiarity with PLC programming and maintenance;
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods;
