We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Kona Ice team as a Driver/Customer Service Representative. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating our mobile shaved ice trucks, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to our clients, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Operate our mobile shaved ice trucks, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Perform daily prepping and cleaning tasks, including restocking and sanitizing the truck and equipment.
- Assist with event tracking and reporting, as required.
- Valid driver's license and a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
- Reliable transportation to and from the base of operation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Experience working with children and in customer-facing roles.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Previous experience in food service or concessions.
