We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at American Campus Communities. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, ensuring that they are safe, clean, and well-maintained for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of assigned staff and vendors to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
