Job Responsibilities- We are seeking a dedicated associate attorney to join our legal team.
- This role focuses on areas such as Workers Compensation Defense, Employment Law, and Wage and Hour disputes.
- The associate will engage in legal research, manage case documentation, draft client correspondence, prepare legal pleadings, and handle discovery processes.
- Responsibilities also include defending and conducting depositions, as well as maintaining communication with clients, insured parties, and external legal counsel.
- Collaboration with Senior Attorneys and Partners is essential, supported by our Legal Secretary and Paralegal staff.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, be well-organized, and attentive to court deadlines.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn complex legal topics are essential.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the California Bar, or current enrollment in the bar exam process, are required.
Salary: Competitive starting salary in the range of $100,000.
Compensation increases incrementally upon achieving billing milestones.
- Comprehensive health benefits, including dental and vision coverage.

- Two weeks of vacation plus sick leave.
