Job Title: General Laborer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled General Laborer to join our team at a growing family-owned company. As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient production area, ensuring the quality of our products, and supporting our team members.

**Responsibilities:**

* Maintain a clean and organized production area, ensuring easy access for staff, supplies, and visitors.
* Strip concrete from molds, clean, oil, and reassemble molds according to company standards.
* Pour fresh concrete into molds and finish troweling the concrete.
* Follow quality assurance measures to ensure the production of high-quality products.
* Report equipment problems to the Department Supervisor.
* Read blueprints and utilize hand/power tools.

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Reliable transportation to and from work.
* Flexibility to work 40+ hours per week.
* Ability to read a tape measure.
* Strong mechanical aptitude.
* Blueprint reading or ability to learn.
* Ability to lift at least 75 pounds and frequently 100 pounds or more.
