Job Title: Laborer Position

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at PeopleShare. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient production area, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment: Ensure the production area is free from hazards and obstacles, allowing for easy access to staff, supplies, and equipment.
  • Concrete Handling: Strip concrete from molds, clean, oil, and reassemble molds according to approved blueprints, and pour fresh concrete into molds and finish troweling.
  • Quality Assurance: Follow all implemented quality assurance measures to ensure the production of high-quality products.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Report equipment problems to the Department Supervisor immediately to prevent downtime and ensure efficient production.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints to understand production requirements and ensure accurate execution.
  • Tool Operation: Utilize hand and power tools to perform tasks efficiently and safely.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliability: Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work 40+ hours per week.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift at least 75 pounds and frequently 100 pounds or more.
  • Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new skills.
