Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Perimeter Behavioral Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of new patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain open communication with family members and significant others to provide education, support, and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with community-based social and mental health agencies to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Facilitate discharge planning and post-discharge follow-up to reduce re-hospitalization rates.
  • Lead daily groups with patients to promote socialization and skill-building.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Unrestricted licensure in social work (LMSW, MSW, or LPC) or consideration for CSW or PLPC with stipulations.
  • At least one year of experience in a hospital setting with psychiatric experience preferred.
  • Successful completion of CPR and Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 30 days of employment.
