Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Highway EIT/Coordinator to join our team at HDR. As a key member of our transportation infrastructure team, you will be responsible for working on a wide variety of projects, from urban local streets to rural expressways and freeway roadway projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project engineers on the detailed design of transportation infrastructure projects
  • Take ownership of alignment and profile, intersection and interchange geometrics, drainage, construction staging/maintenance of traffic, corridor modeling, and Right-of-Way
  • Develop plans and construction estimates, and provide assistance with the creation and submission of technical reports and specifications
  • Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Proficient with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, and familiarity with Highways and Roads engineering software
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
