Job Title: Security Credential Specialist/Administrator Assistant/Access Control Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Credential Specialist/Administrator Assistant/Access Control Representative to join our team at Volt. This individual will be responsible for processing and authorizing security identification badges and access media for airport employees, tenants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and authorize security identification badges and access media for over 7,000 individuals annually.
  • Deactivate and recover lost, stolen, or terminated security badges and access media.
  • Maintain accurate information in the ProWatch system for parking, security threat assessments, and fingerprint background checks.
  • Manage the fingerprinting process for security identification badge applicants.
  • Conduct daily checks of Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Clearinghouse and Fingerprint Results Distribution websites.
  • Collect results from TSA-approved channeling clients.
  • Verify and process identification documents according to TSA regulations.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as file management and record keeping.
  • Submit fingerprints to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for filing, background checks, and verification.
  • Issue vehicle ramp decals to employees, tenants, and contractors.
  • Serve as a TSA trusted agent collecting and transmitting biographical and biometric information.
  • Issue keys to gate guards, police officers, and construction contractors.
  • Handle invoices, credit, and check payments from customers for services and parking.
  • Assist in auditing security identification badges/access media annually.
  • Conduct periodic audits of records.
  • Set up and maintain training schedules for the Interactive Employee Training (IET) center.
  • Audit criminal history record check findings and recommend further review for security badge eligibility.
  • Prepare testing booklets and supplies for Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) courses.
  • Identify environmental hazards and address them in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
  • Support developing and maintaining procedural manuals for TSA compliance.
  • Maintain badging equipment.
  • Align with the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority's (MNAA) commitment to its culture and values.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience guiding/supporting new employees in secure environments.

Estimated Salary Range: $25 - $26 per hour (W2), based on factors including education, work experience, location, job duties, certifications, and more.
