Job DescriptionAs a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Director for Workplace Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer-focused sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue. Your territory will be a key area of focus, and you will be expected to build strong relationships with clients and prospects to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue and profit goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Manage the customer sales cycle to ensure all aspects of our services are delivered as promised
• Adhere to established sales techniques with a strong focus on ethical business practices

Requirements:

• Four-year degree from an accredited university, preferably with a concentration in marketing, sales, and/or business
• Five to seven years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the moving or furniture industries
• Previous project management experience preferred
• Self-motivated and comfortable with autonomous work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding financial and business acumen
• Ability to effectively develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
