Evolve Treatment Centers is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Program Coordinator and Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our outpatient program, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure program compliance with accreditation and program standards.
- Assist the Clinical Program Director with administrative functions and provide operational support to program staff.
- Facilitate psychoeducational groups and complete clinical documentation in the EMR.
- Oversee the client intake process, including intake paperwork and program orientation.
- Monitor client attendance and correspond with caregivers.
- Facilitate client outcome assessments and coordinate vendor contracts.
- Purchase supplies and track spending to ensure program budget compliance.
- Ensure facility maintenance and coordinate scheduling.
- Schedule psychiatry appointments and act as liaison between psychiatrist, nurse, and clinical team.
- Facilitate client Urine Drug Screens and monitor results.
- Facilitate weekly substance use recovery groups, including Seeking Safety and Relapse Prevention.
- Provide substance use recovery coaching to program clients and their caregivers.
- Complete clinical documentation for groups and coaching meetings.
- Coordinate quarterly recovery panels and support clients with identifying community-based recovery resources.
- Active CAADAC certificate.
- Completion of required SMART Recovery meeting facilitator training.
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with teens and their families.
- BA in a related field preferred but not required.
- Proficient in PC, Microsoft Word, Excel, and excellent organizational skills.
Monday-Thursday 9:00am -7:00pm and Friday 9:00am -5:00pm. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, 401k plans, and flexible spending accounts.
