Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, special projects, and workforce planning through compensation analysis and resource optimization.

You will work closely with people operations and finance to support operational and profitability metrics. This position partners with people operations, finance, and the management team to optimize business performance and owns special operational projects to support the growth of the agency.

Responsibilities
  • Technology Deployment
    • Support implementation and configuration of new systems and technologies.
    • Support VP of finance and controller to design and optimize workflows, reports, and dashboards within ERP.
    • Assist employees with various IT-related inquiries.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Identify and own various special projects in support of agency goals and growth.
    • Own Operations calendar, making recommendations to optimize efficiency and employee experience.
  • Compensation & Workforce Planning
    • Support compensation benchmarking across all roles, ensuring market competitiveness.
    • Analyze hiring requests against team revenue and compensation costs.
    • Develop compensation models for new roles and markets.
    • Partner with People Operations on compensation strategy and workforce planning.
    • Create staffing models based on revenue forecasts and utilization targets.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting
    • Support VP of finance and controller to analyze department and client profitability metrics.
    • Create and maintain executive dashboards for KPI reporting.
    • Analyze historical data to optimize resource allocation and staffing plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and business experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in business operations, agency experience preferred.
  • Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.
  • Understanding of project management and time-tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, resourceful, and analytical.

Estimated Salary Range: $73,941 - $91,143 (depending on location)
