Role Overview:
The Recreational Activities Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing engaging activities for guests at our RV resorts, adhering to company guidelines and safety protocols.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure and fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, lead, and generate enthusiasm for recreational activities, including arts, crafts, sports, games, and outdoor adventures
  • Innovate and propose new ideas and games for guest engagement
  • Assess and interpret group interests, evaluate resources, and tailor activities to suit participant needs
  • Welcome newcomers to activities, clarify rules, and motivate participation
  • Manage the setup and cleanup of activity spaces, maintain equipment, and oversee inventory
  • Facilitate water games, enforce safety regulations, handle transactions, and ensure guest safety

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to swim independently
  • Preferred certifications in First Aid or CPR

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, use hands and fingers, reach, stoop, kneel, and crawl
  • Engage in walking, occasional hiking, and outdoor activities
  • Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of over 100 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities are required
