WHAT WE PROVIDE
Weekly compensation
Competitive remuneration based on experience and ASE certification
This role is a 1099 Contract position
Flexible scheduling, allowing you to set your own hours

COMPENSATION
Hourly flat rate:
$55 - $70 per hour
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct comprehensive inspections and diagnostic evaluations to pinpoint vehicle problems.
Perform a diverse array of repairs, encompassing engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, and more.
Swiftly resolve breakdowns, no-start scenarios, and various mechanical or electrical challenges.
Execute routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake pad replacements, and fluid inspections.
Ensure vehicles receive scheduled maintenance in line with manufacturer guidelines.
Travel to customer locations, whether homes, workplaces, or roadside, equipped with a fully-stocked service vehicle.
Deliver services promptly and professionally, respecting customers' schedules and preferences.
Utilize specialized diagnostic tools and equipment for accurate issue identification.
Regularly maintain and calibrate tools and equipment to ensure precision and reliability.
Complete detailed repair orders, documenting all work performed, parts utilized, and labor hours.
Process warranty claims and maintain accurate service history records.
Communicate effectively with customers, clearly explaining diagnoses and repair options.
Provide cost estimates and secure customer approval prior to initiating repairs.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician
Must possess reliable transportation
A comprehensive toolset suitable for mobile work
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Current vehicle insurance and registration
Willingness to work independently
Tech-savvy with a start-up mindset:
Strong customer service abilities
Master Technician or Medium Duty experience is advantageous
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to work safely in a noisy environment
Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
Capability to inspect vehicles to determine necessary repairs.
Good vision for assessing repair work.
Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat for repairs and inspections.
Extended periods of standing
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Must be able to handle tools required for automotive repair.
Exposure to gasoline vapors and other automotive fluids.
Ability to drive and operate a vehicle for extended periods.
