Your Role

As a Customer Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing regular checks and maintenance on heating systems, plumbing fixtures, and air conditioning units to ensure they run smoothly. You will also handle repairs of all sizes, engage with customers to provide support, and offer expert advice to find the best solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating, plumbing, and air conditioning systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Offer expert advice and recommendations to customers
  • Identify and recommend replacement of systems when necessary
  • Upsell additional services to customers
Requirements
  • Apprenticeship or equivalent experience in heating, plumbing, and air conditioning or electrical field
  • Valid driver's license class B
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
