Maintenance Technician

About the Role:
Revolution Company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hudson, WI. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct daily physical inspections of equipment and issue work orders as needed.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address maintenance needs, and develop and implement maintenance plans.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair history, and maintenance schedules.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair, and apply this knowledge to improve our operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with a variety of equipment and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
