Position Overview: The Lead Architectural Strategist will engage with a team of innovative architects, designers, and project managers in a firm that is evolving with the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to explore and refine design concepts that align with client goals.
  • Create 3D models using Revit throughout the design process to visualize and present concepts effectively.
  • Guide the team in producing construction documents and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Implement quality control measures to guarantee compliance with building codes and office standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.
  • Assist in resolving intricate technical and design challenges.
  • Coordinate with consultants to deliver a comprehensive and precise set of documents.
  • Exhibit strong time management skills to ensure document accuracy.
  • Support various tasks essential for the successful completion of projects.
  • Engage with state and local agencies and contractors throughout the construction process.
  • Dedicate time to the development of junior staff and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Participate actively in strategic planning alongside management and marketing teams.
  • Show willingness to learn about business operations and growth.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in commercial architectural practice.
  • Capability to prepare a complete set of construction documents.
  • Management experience across all project phases, including post-occupancy.
  • Familiarity with building codes and experience in agency processing.
  • Understanding of project specifications.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential.
  • Experience in firm management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with additional software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop is beneficial.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Self-driven, analytical thinker with outstanding organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
  • Resourceful and eager to contribute innovative ideas.
  • Interest in personal growth through project experience, ongoing education, and career advancement.
  • Aspirations to become an Owner and Principal of the firm.
