Key Responsibilities:
Execute tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership standards
Conduct test drives and evaluate components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment
Identify, maintain, and repair automotive systems
Engage directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services required
Provide time estimates for further repairs
Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in all facets of automotive repair and maintenance
Quick learner and collaborative team member
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service abilities
Computer literacy and eagerness to learn new technologies
Capability to operate electronic diagnostic tools
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
