Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $31,000 and $33,000, with hourly pay ranging from $15.50 to $16.50. We also offer a range of benefits, including retirement plans, paid time off, and health insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement curriculum that aligns with Montessori principles
  • Establish a safe and inclusive classroom environment
  • Foster strong relationships with parents and communicate regularly about student progress

To excel in this role, you will need a High School Diploma or Equivalent, two years of work experience, and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and working with children. A background in early childhood education or experience with Montessori methods is highly valued.
