{"Overview": "At Dynamic Engineering Consultants, we are seeking a skilled CAD Technician to join our team of experts in land development consulting.
As a CAD Technician, you will play a critical role in the creation of topographic, utility, and survey drawings for various commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and prepare field work files and detailed survey plats from field work, notes, sketches, and/or other reference drawings, ensuring they meet company and industry standards.
* Draft topographic, utility, Right-of-Way, Boundary, ALTA Surveys and Construction As-Builts.
* Draft Subdivision Plats for Township and County approval.
* Work closely with Engineers, Designers and other Drafters to ensure coordination design effort is maintained.
* Complete drawing/project responsibilities within scope, budget and schedule; review drawings for completeness and accuracy.
* Organize/maintain all revisions of project drawings, plot files and project-related information.
* Complete earthwork analysis (cut/fill takeoffs).
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma required. Associates Degree and/or Bachelors Degree preferred.
* Technical degree or certificate of completion from an accredited designer/drafter curriculum preferred.
* Land Development Design experience is a plus.
* Knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus.
* Possess good working knowledge within CAD drawings as related to a variety of issues.
* Ability to prioritize and multi-task with respect to projects, CAD standards, and deadlines, etc. on a daily basis.
* Willingness to assume increased responsibilities.
* Ability to work as a team player and interact well with others.
* Ability to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
