Position Overview:
Human Capital Operations Analyst


This position is designed to assist in the formulation and implementation of global strategies, which include: (1.) conducting opportunity assessments, gap analyses, process mapping, and requirement specifications for new and ongoing projects, (2.) evaluating investments to align with Aon's strategic objectives into a prioritized multi-year plan, (3.) establishing program governance, monitoring, and reporting on advancement, and supporting additional execution tasks, and (4.) tracking performance indicators related to initiatives, resource allocation, and client service metrics for Human Capital operations.

This role will engage collaboratively across regional, service line, and functional subject matter experts to influence and propel progress towards the global agenda.

This is a remote position with the flexibility to work virtually from anywhere within the continental United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom.

Daily Responsibilities:

Identify, assess, and assist in the execution of strategies to enhance, standardize, and automate Human Capital operations.

Key Activities Include:
Developing implementation strategies

Identifying risks and critical considerations

Facilitating priority global initiative execution and change management

Creating management reports, tracking progress, and collecting stakeholder feedback

Overseeing the execution of strategic projects and key initiatives, including roadmap creation, dependency tracking, and progress monitoring

Conducting comprehensive analyses across global topics

Assisting in the management of Human Capital governance forums and councils – developing agendas, consolidating materials, tracking action items, etc.

Support the Human Capital Platform strategy by:
Conducting interviews and documenting feedback and recurring themes.

Identifying and collecting necessary data, interpreting, and executing analyses.

Presenting findings and recommendations to team members.

Creating financial analyses and business cases to support necessary investments.

Assisting in roadmap prioritization, process mapping, and operating model design.

Preparing stakeholder communications

Monitoring progress against established milestones.

Tracking domain expertise and sharing industry trends and research with team members.

Skills and Experience for Success:

5-7 years of professional experience, preferably in an operations, change management, or continuous improvement role.

Fundamental understanding of Human Capital (Health, Wealth, and/or Talent) including industry practices, competitors, and recent trends.

Demonstrated experience in applying strong problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical).

Ability to articulate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Capacity to identify growth opportunities and take a leadership role in exploring new concepts.

Strong work ethic, open-mindedness, and eagerness to learn.

Good organizational awareness.

Results-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Education:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a finance or business-related field.

Compensation Transparency:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $90,000-$117,000 annually.

The actual salary will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location.


This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.

The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
