Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to lead our marketing efforts and help us achieve our business objectives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing our brand, and creating engaging content to attract and retain customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and maintain our brand identity, including our website, social media, and marketing materials
  • Create and distribute engaging content, including blog posts, articles, and press releases
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop sales enablement materials and support
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 4+ years of professional experience in marketing and communications
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the electric boat industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of graphic design and photo editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp or HubSpot
  • Basic proficiency in Google Analytics or similar website analytics tools
