Ecommerce Director

We're seeking a talented Director of Ecommerce and Wholesale to join our team.
Job Summary:The Director of Ecommerce and Wholesale will play a pivotal role in leading the outbound sales of electronics materials across all channels, including wholesale, online B2B, B2C, and direct-to-end-user sales. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop end-market strategies, manage sales teams for profitable growth, and foster a culture of success and goal achievement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve divisional sales goals.
- Lead and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
- Manage sales teams to deliver profitable growth and ensure high customer satisfaction through established systems of measurement.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to assemble annual budgets and develop long-term strategic plans.
- Identify opportunities to improve and manage margin, determine and monitor key performance indicators, and quickly react to trends and changes in performance.
We're looking for a candidate with a natural curiosity, goal-oriented mindset, and strategic thinking. A background in e-commerce is essential, along with strong financial acumen and the ability to connect the dots from a business development perspective. A minimum of three years of experience in sales or e-commerce management is required, ideally with director-level sales experience and a background in developing go-to-market strategies.
Skills and abilities include strong problem-solving, excellent written and oral communication skills, a sense of urgency, tenacity, innovation, and effective leadership skills. Proficiency in people and performance management, CRM – Salesforce, analytical sales process development, strategic planning, change management, and sales training is also required.
