We are looking for a visionary Brand Director to spearhead our brand's identity and digital presence. This role is pivotal in sculpting our brand's story and directing consumer traffic to our official website, leveraging a direct-to-customer approach in a dynamic ecommerce landscape. The ideal candidate will have a track record of innovating brand strategies and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience, ultimately driving sales of our physical goods online.


Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve the brand's identity, ensuring it aligns with our mission and resonates with our target audience. Implement brand strategies that strengthen our market position and connect with consumers on an emotional level.
  • Craft and execute strategies specifically designed to drive traffic to our branded website, enhancing user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Lead direct-to-customer marketing initiatives, employing tactics such as email marketing, content creation, and social media engagement to cultivate a loyal customer base and drive online sales.
  • Oversee the production of compelling content that tells our brand's story, from website copy and blog posts to videos and social media content, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Utilize SEO strategies and digital marketing campaigns to increase visibility and drive targeted traffic to our ecommerce platform.
  • Elevate our brand's presence on social media platforms, engaging with our audience in a meaningful way to build community and brand loyalty.
  • Analyze website and campaign performance to identify trends, adjust strategies as needed, and report insights and successes to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization, including product development, customer service, and supply chain, to ensure a unified brand experience for our customers. Mentor and guide the marketing team towards achieving our brand's strategic goals.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Brand Director or similar leadership role in marketing, with a focus on ecommerce and direct-to-customer sales of physical goods.
  • A portfolio showcasing successful brand-building initiatives and marketing campaigns that have significantly increased online traffic and sales.
  • Deep understanding of brand development, digital marketing strategies, consumer online behavior, and direct-to-customer marketing channels, including expertise in SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media engagement.
  • Exceptional ability to tell a brand's story in a way that captivates and engages an online audience, driving both brand loyalty and ecommerce sales.
