We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Care Specialist to join our team at Northeast Georgia Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support.

Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans
- Implement treatment plans and provide ongoing care and support to patients
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current LPN license in the State of Georgia
- Current BLS certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare setting
